Todd has expertise in long span structures in both aviation and entertainment markets. He is currently also responsible for Quality Control and Resource Management for the both the Fort Wayne and the Kansas City offices.
Jason leads the concrete services division in the Kansas City office. He has experience in all building types but has a specialized focus on tilt-up construction and design-build steel. He works closely with clients and contractors to ensure a well-coordinated set of documents. He is a leader in the firm in the use of Building Information Modeling and produces customized production oriented documents for clients.
Craig, located in the Fort Wayne office, is a leader in the structural engineering community through several professional affiliations. His areas of expertise are conventional steel framed structures, open web joist and joist girder structures and pre-engineered metal buildings.
Jeff founded Needham’s engineering division in 1989 and the firm has steadily grown under his direction. An expansion of the firm to vertically integrate steel building products, DBS, allowed the firm to focus on the design/build industry to bring products and services to general contractors. He was instrumental in developing the hybrid concrete and steel “hardwall” building system to allow the use of steel roof systems with concrete tilt-up walls.
Phil has a wide variety of experience in consulting engineering. He has designed large projects for the power industry as well as specialized projects such as construction engineering services, forensic investigations and reviews of existing structures. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of the design, detailing and delivery process. He is responsible for managing Special Projects, Construction Engineering as well as Steel and Concrete projects.
Tim has vast experience in retail, multi-story office buildings, arenas, aircraft hangars and power related projects. He manages the engineering and project management from start to finish on complex projects providing greater client service.
Jeremy recently earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering while working full time as a structural steel detailer at Needham DBS. With his experience he is often tasked with some of the more complicated geometry. He understands fabrication as well as construction techniques making him a great asset to lead design build projects.
Sean is production oriented and efficient. He provides engineering and drawing support for large concrete projects with innovative methods using both AutoCad and REVIT platforms.
Karen has extensive experience in tilt-up concrete industry with multiple award winning projects in the books. She understands construction methods and works with design-build contractors. Karen has managed large scale steel and concrete projects and is now focusing on business development, marketing and sales for the company.
