Needham DBS teamed up with Sure Steel to provide engineering and detailing services on the fast-track design-build project.  Needham DBS was able to use a hybrid conventional primary steel and PEMB secondary steel system work together for an economical system.  The 215,000 SF building contained 1200 tons of steel with challenges such as complex geometry, varying roof planes and large clear spans.
