First Quality Paper

The First Quality project was a hybrid PEMB Heavy Structure where Needham and Associates designed the production building, structural steel, plus the elevated concrete floors, and incorporated products from Varco-Pruden.  Needham acted as the specialty engineer for the building superstructure.
