Needham DBS was chosen as the tilt-up specialty engineer for the load bearing tilt-up panels for the multi-level complex. The project was designed with blast protection in addition to wind and seismic requirements. The project contained an intricate form liner system that was then faux painted to have the appearance of stone. A high level of detailing was required to achieve the appearance around corners and across joints.
